Krémer Sándor

Krémer Sándor Dr. habil., az SZTE Filozófia Tanszékének docense. Kutatásai magukban foglalják a hermeneutika, az etika, az esztétika és a pragmatizmus területeit. Főbb kötetei: A filozófia története Thalésztől Hume bölcseletéig (1997); Miért vált Heidegger Heideggerré? (2001); Alapvető etika (2004); A késői Richard Rorty filozófiája (2016), valamint számos tanulmány szerzője a filozófiai hermeneutika és a neopragmatizmus témakörében. A UNCC Fulbright vendégprofesszora (2005-2006-ban), a Magyar Szómaesztétikai Fórum vezetője (2018-2024), és a Pragmatism Today (www.pragmatismtoday.eu ) főszerkesztője (2010-2024). Richard Shustermannal 2012-ben ismerkedtem meg Wroclawban. Akkor már legalább egy évtizede a Central European Pragmtist Forum tagjaként hirdettem és tanítottam a pragmatista filozófiát a diákjaimnak és írtam a különböző folyóiratokba. Mindenekelőtt Deweyval és Rortyval foglalkoztam, de Shusterman szómaesztétikájáról csak hallomásból tudtam. 2012-ben viszont összebarátkoztunk, és meghívtam Magyarországra, ahol korábban csak egyszer járt turistaként. Ennek eredménye lett az első szómaesztétikai konferencia Magyarországon 2014-ben: “Aesthetic Experience and Somaesthetics” (Budapest, ELTE). A sikerre építve rendeztünk még három konfernciát („The Soma as the Core of Aesthetics, Ethics and Politics” /Szeged, SZTE, 2017/; „Somaesthetics: Between the Human Body and Beyond” /Szeged, SZTE, 2018/; „The Promise of Pragmatist Aesthetics: Looking Forward after 30 Years” /Budapest, MOME, 2022), és a számos tanulmányon, angol nyelvű konferencia köteten kívül magyarul is megjelent a Szómaesztétika és az élet művészete (Szeged, JATEPress, 2014.), valamint A gondolkodó test (Szeged, JATEPress, 2015.), ami Thinking Through the Body (2012) fordításaként jött létre, csapatmunka eredményeként. 2018-ban létrehoztuk a Magyar Szómaesztétikai Fórumot (MSzF; Hungarian Forum for Somaesthetics, HFS), hogy más országokban már létező szómaesztétikai szervezetekkel, egyesületekkel, fórumokkal azonos szinten léphessünk kapcsolatba. Ennek első elnöke voltam (2018-2024).
