Botond Csuka

Botond Csuka is Assistant professor at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Szeged. He works on early modern philosophy and eighteenth-century intellectual history, and is particularly interested in how the early modern cooperation of philosophy, science, medicine and the arts shaped our modern understanding of the human body and somatic practices. Botond also has an interest in the current developments in somaesthetics, everyday aesthetics and environmental aesthetics.
